"We were looking into condo living for about four or five years. We decided that we were tired of the outside upkeep of a home, and we liked the idea of being able to just lock the doors and take off anytime we wanted to travel without the worry of shoveling snow or cutting ggrass. We looked at many kinds of units and locations but nothing was exactly right. Then we met Lisa DeBartolo and she showed us Sun Pointe. We knew almost immediately that this was the right one for us. It was just the right size and location. We watched our condo being built from start to finish and our experience dealing with Bear Properties, Lisa, and Dennis from CMA was nothing but positive, even the actual construction process was an enjoyable one. Everything and anything that was ever promised us was honored. We have told some of our friends about our experience and two of them have purchased in Sun Pointe Village.
